Milo Andrew Rupp, 79, of Afton, Wyoming, formerly of Grace, Idaho, passed away Sunday February 18, 2001 at The Logan Nursing and Rehab. Center.

He was born Aug 11, 1921 in Taylorsville, UT the son of George Albert and Hannah Josephine Ekstedt Rupp.

He was raised in Taylorsville, UT and had also lived at Lewiston, UT, Grace, Preston, ID, and Afton, WY. He graduated from Granite High School. He married Mary Tripp Jan 12, 1945 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She passed away Sept. 15, 1995. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He had served as a coach, home teacher and as a ward clerk. He farmed all his life and had retired. His hobbies included farming, basketball, baseball, and coaching. He also enjoyed music and dancing.

He is survived by a son, David and Connie Rupp, Grace, ID; six daughters, Nancy and Jerry Smith, SLC, UT, Linda and Paul King, Pat Smith, all of Lewiston, UT, Mary Ann and Ralph Spackman, Afton, WY, Betty and David Smart, No. Logan, UT, Cindy and Larry Smith, Nibley, UT; 30 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchil-dren; and two sisters, Ida and Isom Stephens, Layton, UT, Elva Rushton, West Valley, UT. Pre-ceded in death by a son, George; daughter, Valerie; two brothers; and five sisters.

Services will be Wed. Feb 21, 12 noon at the Lewiston LDS 3rd/4th Ward chapel, Main and Center, Lewiston. Friends may call Tues. 7-8 p.m. at the Sims Funeral Home, Soda Springs, Wed. 10:30-11:45 a.m. at the Lewiston Chapel. Burial, Lewiston. Funeral directors, Sims Funeral Home.
