SEATTLE — A man who has been the focus of an international manhunt since a June bank robbery that ended in a fatal shootout has surrendered, police said.

Aristotle Marr, 24, walked into the King County jail on Wednesday and turned himself in with a lawyer and minister at his side, police said.

"He really felt that he was in God's hands and that this thing will turn out all right," said the minister, the Rev. Wayne Perryman.

The FBI has said it believes the Seattle man and Daniel DelFierro were involved in at least four bank robberies last May and June that netted about $330,000. DelFierro was killed by police after wounding an officer in a shootout during the June 22 robbery.
