Hawks 93 Bulls 90
ATLANTA — Jason Terry scored 19 points and Toni Kukoc added 16 as the Atlanta Hawks snapped a 10-game losing streak Saturday night with a 93-90 victory over the Chicago Bulls.
Ron Artest, who hit a 3-pointer inside the final two seconds, joined Elton Brand in leading the Bulls with 20 points.
Chicago, the worst team in the NBA, has lost five of seven, eight of 11 and 24 of 29. The Hawks, owners of the league's fourth-worst record, avoided setting the second-longest losing streak in Atlanta history.
HORNETS 100, BUCKS 90: At Charlotte, Eddie Robinson scored 20 points — six off alley-oop dunks — as the Charlotte Hornets moved within three games of Central Division-leading Milwaukee by beating the Bucks.
Jamal Mashburn, who missed Thursday's game with a bruised sternum, scored 15 points and grabbed 12 rebounds as the Hornets clinched the tiebreaker between the teams by winning the season series 3-1.
Ray Allen led Milwaukee with 32 points, but 24 came in the first half as the Bucks' three-game winning streak came to an end.
MAGIC 105, TIMBERWOLVES 93: At Orlando, Tracy McGrady scored 33 points and Don Reid had 11 points and 13 rebounds in Orlando's victory over Minnesota.
Kevin Garnett had 21 points for Minnesota — but none in the fourth quarter — and 15 rebounds.
After a close first half, Orlando broke open the game late in the third quarter with a 10-1 run, Mike Miller's 3-pointer from the left wing putting the Magic ahead 79-66 with 2:40 remaining in the period.
WIZARDS 107, NETS 101: At Washington, Richard Hamilton's breakaway dunk broke a tie in the final minute, and Washington ended a six-game home losing streak.
Hamilton scored 25 points, Christian Laettner had a season-high 26 points and 11 rebounds, and Mitch Richmond added 21 points as the Wizards beat an Atlantic Division team for only the second time in 20 tries this season.
Kenyon Martin scored 21 points and Stephon Marbury had 20 points and 12 assists for the Nets, who made just one field goal and one free throw over the final 4:17.
WARRIORS 81, ROCKETS 86: At Houston, Steve Francis scored 24 points, including four free throws in the final 9 seconds, and reserve Moochie Norris scored nine fourth-quarter points to lead Houston to its 13th victory in its last 16 games.
Antawn Jamison led Golden State with 33 points.
The loss is the sixth straight for Golden State and its 10th in its last 11 games. The Warriors have lost 17 of their last 20 games against the Rockets.
