HONOLULU (AP) — University of Hawaii professors have reached an agreement with the state, ending a 13-day-old strike that kept more than 40,000 college students out of classes, the governor said.

Public school teachers, however, remained on the picket line.

Classes on the state university's 10 campuses were expected to resume Thursday. Students have been out of school since April 5.
