Wells Fargo & Co. Monday announced eight management changes in its Salt Lake operations that now include the former First Security Bank.

San Francisco-based Wells Fargo acquired First Security in October but completed the conversion process only last Monday when it began the process of changing the First Security signs on bank branches to Wells Fargo.

"Our First Security name may have changed, but our values haven't," said Robert A. Hatch, president of Wells Fargo Utah.

Mike Pazzi, who has been with Wells Fargo for 13 years, will be president of the Salt Lake operation, which has been separated into two divisions, Salt Lake North and Salt Lake South.

New positions for Salt Lake North include Steve Carter, community banking president; Brian Belnap, vice president/district manager, Salt Lake downtown; Greg Lutz, vice president/district manager, Salt Lake northwest; Randy Butler, vice president/district manager, Salt Lake northeast.
