Eskay Corp. announced that David K. Koch has been named company president. Koch, a University of Utah graduate, has 24 years of experience in the material handling industry. Eskay Corp. is a Salt Lake-based subsidiary of Daifuku Co. and specializes in the design and installation of material handling systems for manufacturing, distribution and clean-room applications.

American Investment Bank has promoted its current president, Randy Jenson, to president and chief executive officer. Jenson will replace H.E. Budd Scruggs, who will serve as non-executive chairman of the board. Jenson is a graduate of the Harvard University Business School and has served as president of AIB since October 1999.

David B. Weissman was named senior vice president and director of operations for Mansell & Associates, a Utah-based real estate company. Weissman has more than 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. Mansell & Associates was founded in 1975 and has 13 offices from Logan to St. George.

Bradley D. LeBaron, president and CEO of Uintah Basin Medical Center, has been elected to serve as chairman of the Utah Hospitals and Health Systems Association. LeBaron has 13 years of experience in the health-care sector. As chairman, he will lead the association's 22-member board of trustees in policy development.

John Lewin has been named sales representative at ArosNet, a Utah-based Internet service provider. Lewin, a Brigham Young University graduate, will provide Web site development, consulting and other Web-related services to Utah's small and medium-size businesses.

Furst Construction announced two staff changes. Kris Kutterer was named Furst's director of safety. He will manage commercial safety on Furst's construction projects and oversee risk management, liability and worker's compensation insurance programs. Adam Maher has joined Furst as a member of the company's business development team.

Susan L. Dalgliesh has been appointed administrative assistant and office manager at Cornerstone Counseling Center, a Utah-based nonprofit mental health organization specializing in substance abuse, domestic violence and prevention treatment.

FJCandN, a Salt Lake-based advertising and public relations firm, announced four staff changes. Aaron Evans was named public relations account supervisor. Peter Carr and Kelly Stephenson were named public relations account managers, and Jen Crane was hired as traffic manager.

Shawn Lewis has joined Campus Pipeline as vice president of sales. Lewis, a graduate of the University of Virginia and the University of Tampa, replaced John Dunn, who will now lead the company's training programs and consulting services practices. Campus Pipeline develops Web-integration software for colleges and universities.

Community First Bankshares Inc. announced that David Doria has been named vice president and specialized lending credit officer in Salt Lake City. Doria will oversee credit approval for the company's Small Business Administration loans. Community First Bankshares operates banking offices in 12 states, including Utah.

David P. Donegan was named vice president of corporate development for Equity Oil Co., an independent oil and gas company headquartered in Salt Lake City. Donegan began his career as an exploration geologist and also is an MBA graduate of the University of California-Los Angeles.

Lucy Burningham was named managing editor of Utah Homes & Garden, a quarterly glossy magazine. Burningham is a graduate of the University of Montana in Missoula. Utah Homes & Garden was launched last fall by Silver King Media Group in Salt Lake City and has a circulation of 25,000.

Kitchell Contractors has hired Terry Nelson as project manager for its Salt Lake operations. Nelson has more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry, with an extensive background in resort, hospitality and retail projects. Kitchell specializes in commercial construction, including health care, hospitality and custom homes.
