Education: Received bachelor's degree in finance and MBA degree from Utah State University.

Church service: Area Authority Seventy since 1995, president of Oakland California Mission from 1985-88, stake president, bishop, high councilor, Scoutmaster, gospel doctrine teacher and full-time missionary in Australia.
