LOS ANGELES (AP) — Joan Vohs Stephens, a film and television actress during the 1950s and 1960s, has died of heart failure. She was 73.

Stephens, a Radio City Rockette and model who made her way to Hollywood, died June 4 in suburban Tarzana.

Her movie roles included the French spy Fortune Mallory opposite George Montgomery in "Fort Ti" and the wife of Elroy Hirsch in "Crazylegs."

On television she appeared in "Bachelor Father," "Family Affair," "Maverick," "My Three Sons," "Perry Mason" and "The Rebel," among other shows.
