HARTFORD, Conn. (AP) — Four-time Academy Award winner Katharine Hepburn was hospitalized Thursday and was undergoing tests.
A Hartford Hospital spokesman said the 94-year-old actress, who makes her home in Old Saybrook, is expected to be released in a few days.
"There's no cause for alarm," hospital spokesman James Battaglio told CNN. She was admitted around 6 p.m. Wednesday and was resting comfortably Thursday morning, he said.

She has had various health problems in recent years, including arthritis and Parkinson's disease.
