WASHINGTON (AP) — Watergate figure and talk-show host G. Gordon Liddy is losing his four-hour radio program at his home station in Virginia but will continue to be heard nationally.

For nine years, Liddy has broadcast his show from WJFK-FM in Fairfax, Va. While his 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. show, aired Monday to Friday, was No. 1 in its target audience in the most recent Arbitron ratings, it is not as popular as the programs before and after it, including Howard Stern in the morning.

Liddy's program is syndicated to more than 160 radio stations nationwide by Westwood One, which is managed by Infinity Broadcasting, the company that also owns WJFK. While Liddy will need to find a new home station, the conservative talk-show host is expected to continue to have a program.
