MIDVALE- Mary Kamnikar Hearn, beloved daughter, wife, sister and aunt died July 25, 2001 of complications of old age.
Born January 1, 1919 to Anton and Theresa Brajda Kamnikar in Hiawatha, Car-bon County. Gra-duate of Jordan High School. Worked as a telephone oper-ator, Midvale City employee, and for many years in the accounting and personnel offices of J.C. Penney Co., retiring February 1, 1981. Married Robert Brady Hearn who preceded her in death.
Survived by a sister, Justine Javaine; brother, Frank Kamnikar; sister-in-law, Frances Kamnikar; and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by brothers, Anton and Martin Kamnikar.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, July 31, 2001, 10 a.m., St. Therese Catholic Church, 624 West Lennox Street (7870 South), Midvale. Friends may call at Goff Mortuary, 8090 So. State, Monday, July 30, from 6-8 p.m. with Rosary at 7 p.m. Per Mary's request, her body will be placed next to her beloved husband in the Midvale City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to a favorite charity or St. Therese Catholic Church.
