Tommie's Donuts will open its new West Valley store Aug. 10 at 3280 W. 3500 South.
This will be the second of five new stores Tommie's is opening this summer along the Wasatch Front. Tony Speirs and Kevin Wright of Speirs and Wright Enterprises Inc. are the franchisees of the new location.
Tim and Burt Matthews opened the first Tommie's in June 2000 in West Jordan. They plan to have 10 stores operating in Utah by the end of this year and to have sold about 100 franchised locations outside of the state.
