Verena Moser Weeks, age 75, passed away August 19, 2001 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Born June 26, 1926 in Leuzigen, Switzerland, daughter of Emil and Johanna Bracher Moser. She immigrated to Utah when she was 23 years old, and married Calvin John Weeks June 8, 1953 in the Logan LDS Temple. She loved to cook and garden, enjoyed ceramics and quilting and especially loved her grandchildren.
Survived by husband, Calvin; children, Jean (Don), Joe, Bill and Lori; 10 grandchildren; sisters, Hanna and Marie; brothers, Emil and Peter.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, 11 a.m. at the Granger 18th Ward, 2850 West 3835 South. Friends may call Wednesday, 6-8 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road and Thursday, at the church, 10-10:45 a.m. Interment, Smithfield Cemetery.
