Security Armored Express Inc., a regional security firm serving Western states including Utah, announced several management changes. Bryan Sandrock was promoted to president of Security Armored Express following the retirement of company founder David Blatter. Sandrock has been with the company since 1990, most recently serving as senior vice president. He is a graduate of the College of Great Falls. Mark Blatter has been named vice president of operations. He is a graduate of the University of Utah, and has since 1994 served as vice president for the company's eastern region. Scott Allred was appointed vice president of corporate affairs. He is a graduate of Utah State University's MBA and accountancy programs. Valdon Teeples was named vice president of sales and marketing. A Brigham Young University alumnus, Teeples has more than 20 years of management experience.

Yasamina Roque was appointed executive director of Habitat for Humanity of Summit and Wasatch Counties. A graduate of the U., Roque has worked in the nonprofit sector since 1980. In addition to her new duties, Roque will assist Habitat for Humanity International in special events.

Shawn Thompson and Nate Woodward have joined Intermountain Financial Group/MassMutual as financial service representatives. Thompson has three years of experience in the industry. Both Thompson and Woodward earned finance degrees from the U.

The law firm of Jones Waldo Holbrook & McDonough announced that Lucy B. Jenkins has joined the firm. Jenkins earned her law degree from BYU and will chair the environmental department. Jenkins' practice is focused exclusively on environmental law, with special attention to areas including remediation under state and federal programs, environmental aspects of property and business transactions, Environmental Protection Agency and state enforcement actions and toxic torts.

Brice Morton has been named technical support representative at ArosNet, a Utah Internet service provider. Morton is a student at Weber State University. His responsibilities at ArosNet include ensuring constant Internet access and co-location services to Utah business and residential users and providing technical support to customers.

H.W. Lochner, a transportation services company with offices in 23 states, announced several staff changes. Jeannine Wirth has been promoted to senior vice president. She will serve as area manager, overseeing half the offices in the firm. Tyler Robirds has been named vice president and manager of the Salt Lake office. Scott Lucas has been promoted to senior associate. Kimberly Clark and Jason Phillips were named associate members of the firm.

David W. Eckhoff, vice president and regional manager of Psomas, has been appointed to the Economic Development Corporation's board of trustees. Psomas, a Salt Lake-based consulting firm, also announced several promotions. Byron Colton was promoted to project engineer. Colton's specialties include hydrologic storm water design and water rights. Charles Gillette was promoted to water resources project engineer. He has been with the company for four years. Douglas M. Scow was promoted to project specialist in Psomas' water resource department. He specializes in water rights and transfer issues.

Inetz, a Salt Lake-based Internet solutions provider, announced that former chief executive officer Josie Gay has moved to an active board member position with the company. Gay turned her responsibilities over to her brothers and company co-founders, Thomas Gay and Jon Gay, who will share the CEO title.

Computerized Thermal Imaging Inc. announced that Lynn Satterthwaite has been promoted to president and general manager of the company's Ogden facility. Chris Jackson was hired as director of manufacturing. Satterthwaite has more than 26 years of experience working with advanced technology systems, including product design, manufacturing, systems engineering and testing and software development. Jackson has more than 25 years of experience in manufacturing management, program quality engineering and quality management.

Dr. David S. Hilmo, a physiatrist, has joined the medical staffs at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center, Orem Community Hospital and American Fork Hospital. Hilmo specializes in physical medicine and rehabilitation and treats acute and chronic pain as well as other disorders including back pain, sports injuries and work injuries. He is a graduate of BYU and received his medical degree from Loma Linda University.

Gentner Communications Corp. announced that Randall J. Wichinski has been named vice president and chief financial officer. Wichinski has more than 20 years of business, financial and managerial experience and has been a member of Gentner's board of directors since 1999. As CFO, Wichinski will be responsible for setting and executing the company's financial and tax strategies and for all financial reporting. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
