Easyrider Salt Lake Motorcycle Super Store, 1716 S. State, recently was awarded the Utah Indian motorcycle dealership by Indian Motorcycles Inc. of Gilroy, Calif.
The dealership agreement was finalized in late December, and the first shipment of Indian motorcycles arrived in Salt Lake City just before Christmas.
"With its new, proprietary motor and great variety of motorcycle models, I am confident the Indian line of motorcycles will be a true, head-to-head competitor for the Harley-Davidson market," said Rodney Newman, owner of Easyrider.
