Beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, passed away January 25, 2002 in Salt Lake City, Utah, at the age of 84.
Earl was born in Salmon, ID Aug 2, 1917 to Earl and Sarah. He mar-ried Ann Pearson June 19, 1941 at the Cathedral of the Madeleine. Earl was a grad-uate of East High School and the University of Utah, a veteran of World War II, a long time Ford Motor Com-pany executive and, later, a Ford dealer in Magna, UT.
He had a real love for the game of golf and a natural talent for making people laugh with his great sense of humor. Earl took sincere comfort in his Catholic faith and often shared his life philosophies with others.
Earl is survived by his sister, Irene Browning; sons, Jon, Thomas; grandchildren, Sean, Derrick, Annabelle; and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Ann, Feb 14, 2000; son, Timothy, July 23, 1992; and brother, Alfred.
A memorial mass will be Wed. Jan 30, 2002, 10 a.m., St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 3015 E. Creek Rd, Sandy, UT.
The family wishes to thank neighbors, friends and many others who cared for Earl and Ann in recent years.
