PROVO — VIP*ComLink said Friday it has entered into a letter of intent and understanding with CyberKey Corp. of St. George to acquire an ownership interest in CyberKey.
Terms were not disclosed.
CyberKey's initial product is a hard drive on a key chain, which employs partnership or license rights to technologies developed by Iomega Corp., McAfee.com and Aladdin Systems.
