Salt Lake-based ICM Equipment Co. has merged with Head & Engquist Equipment of Baton Rouge, La.
The merger was completed on June 17. The new company will be known as H&E Equipment Services LLC. The terms of the deal were not released.
H&E and ICM are regional equipment distributors. H&E was founded in 1961 and operates 28 full-service facilities in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina and Texas. ICM, founded in 1971, operates 19 facilities in Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, New Mexico, Nevada, Texas and Utah.
