American Fork-based Certiport Inc., which administers the Microsoft Office Specialist program, on Tuesday announced accreditation of its MOS program test development practices by the Buros Institute for Assessment Consultation and Outreach, a well-known test quality-assurance group.

The MOS program provides skill standards, approved courseware, instructor credentials exams and certifications for Microsoft Office's applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook and Project.
