Falcon's Ledge, a fly-fishing and adventure lodge in northeastern Utah, has been purchased by Utah businessman Dan Phelps from Jim Bills and Howard Brinkerhoff, who founded the resort in 1992.
Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
The 600-acre resort includes a lodge with eight rooms as well as dining and meeting facilities.
