OGDEN — After a ceremony Thursday, the Internal Revenue Service is set to occupy the newly renovated Twin Rivers Complex, an anchor of the revitalization of the downtown area.

The other of the two buildings in the complex is the renovated Boyle Furniture Warehouse, combining to create 135,206 square feet of rentable space. The Twin Rivers Complex is at 2262 Wall Ave.

City administrators have been busy attempting to get Ogden's downtown out of the doldrums it has been in for decades. The Ogden City Mall property, Twin Rivers, riverfront, LDS temple, American Can building, Union Square and other downtown areas are in the process of being or are scheduled to be redeveloped.
