Salt Lake-based TenFold Corp. said Monday that its common stock had been delisted from the Nasdaq SmallCap Market and was being traded on the OTC Bulletin Board starting Tuesday.
The delisting comes from the company's noncompliance with Nasdaq's rules for minimum bid price and equity requirements.
TenFold produces the Universal Application, an applications development product.
