Robert Sherwood, owner of two Salt Lake-area Subway restaurants, has been re-elected chairman of the Utah Subway market's advertising board. Sherwood's affiliation with Subway began in 1991, when he bought the restaurant located at 2885 S. Highland Drive.

JES Publishing announced two changes within its publishing family. Denise Janove was promoted to sales manager at Salt Lake Magazine. Janove has been with the magazine for the past 5 years and will lead the magazine's sales efforts. Brad Mee was named editor of Utah Style and Design. Mee is the author of three interior design books and has 15 years of experience in home furnishings and interior design. Arthur D. Broom, a professor of medicinal chemistry at the U. College of Pharmacy, has begun a one-year term as chairman of the AIDS and Related Research Study Section of the Center for Scientific Review. Broom will lead a national peer review of AIDS research grant applications for the CSR, an arm of the National Institutes of Health. Broom joined the College of Pharmacy in 1966.

Jane Reister Conard, senior counsel for Intermountain Health Care in Salt Lake City, has been elected to the board of directors of the American Health Lawyers Association. Conard received her law degree from the University of California-Davis and is also a graduate of the University of Iowa and Macalester College. Conard will serve on the AHLA's membership and program committees.

Park City Group Inc. announced that Edward C. Dmytryk was appointed acting chief financial officer. Dmytryk has been a member of the company's board of directors since June 2000. He will continue to serve on the board but has resigned his position as chairman and member of the audit committee. Anthony E. Meyer also has joined the board. Meyer is the chairman of Meyer and Co., a privately held merchant banking firm based in New York City.
