Robert Earl Moss, age 80, died Feb. 17, 2002 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Born March 22, 1921 in Salt Lake City to Robert A. and Margaret Earl Moss. Married Clara Gray Campbell on July 10, 1946. She preceded him in death on Feb. 7, 1987. He served in the U.S. Army Air Corps in India during World War II. Worked as a truck driver and later bought and operated Carrier Transfer Trucking Co. He owned and loved to ride horses.
Survived by son, Frank Campbell of Tennessee; two sisters and a brother, June Moss Holt, Dixie Moss Morton, and R. Dale Moss, all of Salt Lake City; and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by three daughters; parents, a sister, Leone Moss Wade; and a brother, Gene F. Moss.
Graveside services on Thursday, February 21st, at 11 a.m., Bountiful City Cemetery, 2000 South 200 West, with full military honors by the DAV.
