In loving memory of our beloved husband, father, grandpa, son, brother and friend. Douglas Randolph Jensen was many thing: painter, protector, loyal family man and provider, avid reader and defender of truth, sportsman, friend and companion.

Born May 27, 1942 in his beloved Boise, ID. Taken home to his Father February 19, 2002. He served his country two years in the Navy and then served a faithful two year LDS mission in British South Mission. Married Audrey Lorraine Rowley, January 28, 1966 in the Salt Lake Temple. Graduated BYU in 1972 with a BS in Business Management. Douglas loved learning fishing camping and building. He had started Jensen Log Construction with his sons, six years ago and was loving his work.

He is survived by his loving wife, Lorraine; sons, Jared, Adam and Jacob; daughters, Lori Burns, Audrey Kemp, and Rebecca; eight grandchildren; mother, Mary Jo Jensen and siblings, Deeana Bright, Larry, Becky Pearson and Kenneth.

Few people loved as much or will be missed as sorely. He overcame great challenges and in so doing became great himself. We love you always.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, Feb. 23, 2002 at 12 Noon in the Sandy Crescent Stake Center, 10945 South 1700 East, where friends may call Saturday 10-11:45 a.m.
