Stephen Collins, age 44, of Salt Lake City, UT, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 23, 2002 in Salt Lake City, UT.
Stephen was born April 25, 1957 in Salt Lake City, UT to Ellsworth and Norma Collins. He served his country in the U.S. Army from 1975 to 1978. He worked for Country Crisp Foods, Bob Kirkman Distributing and Snack Alliance. On July 5, 1991 he was joined by his companion Ilene.
Survivors include his wife Ilene, children Tommy, Brandi, and Shania; mother, Norma, brother Leonard, sisters, Kris, Jan and Norma. Preceded in death by his father, and brother Chip.
Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, February 27, 2002 at 2:30 p.m. at the Holladay Memorial Park, 4950 S. Memory Lane (1990 East). Friends may call Wednesday, from 1-2 p.m., at the Holbrook Mortuary, 3251 South 2300 East, prior to the services.
