PHILADELPHIA (AP) — Reputed mobster Raymond "Long John" Martorano died Tuesday of wounds after being shot last month in his car.
Martorano, 74, was shot three times as he drove his Lincoln Town Car near Pennsylvania Hospital on Jan. 17. He drove about five blocks before he crashed his car into a fire hydrant, police said.
Capt. Thomas Lippo declined Tuesday to name suspects, saying only that police "do have some individuals in mind."
