Yvonna Marie Drawe Evans passed away at her residence February 5, 2002. She loved life and wanted to hold on to it for her children and grand-children.
Born December 9, 1954 in Cardston, Alberta, Canada to Lorna Hansen Giggey and Heinz K. Drawe. She was married to Leonard Evans and later divorced.
Yvonna is survived by her children, Kammy (Brandon) Devey, Michael Evans, Richard Evans and Kelly Evans; parents, Heinz (Patricia) Drawe and Lorna (Elmer) Giggey; grandchildren, Brodee and Karly Devey; brothers and sisters, Randy Drawe (Noelle, Chelsea, Spencer, Keegan and Breeann), Albuquerque, New Mexico; Daniel Drawe, Salt Lake City; Dianna Kearney (Brett, Kristy, Ben and Abigail) and Mark Drawe (Amy, McKenzie, Bryce and Carson), Draper. She is preceded in death by a brother, David Drawe.
Her radiant personality will not leave us lonely. She will always be with us. David Jensen, the love of her life and best friend, cared for her and will dearly miss her.
Thank you to the many friends, family and relatives that grew to love her more as they cared for her day by day. In lieu of flowers, any donations may be made on behalf of Yvonna.
Funeral Services will be held Friday, February 8, 2002 at 1 p.m. at the Jordan North 2nd Ward, 4270 So. 4145 W. The family will receive friends at a viewing Thursday evening from 6-8 p.m. at Valley View Funeral Home, 4335 West 4100 South, and one hour prior to the services at the Ward. Interment: Redwood Memorial Estates. Funeral Directors: Valley View Funeral Home.
