LOGAN — Terry Anderson, who was kidnapped and held prisoner in Beirut, Lebanon, for seven years, will deliver a Media and Society lecture at Utah State University Monday, March 18, at noon in the Taggart Student Center ballroom. The speech is free and open to the public.

He was chief Middle East correspondent for the Associated Press in March 1985, when his car was stopped as he traveled to work. Radical Shiite gunmen ordered him out of the car and took him hostage.
