Minnesota-based Ceridian Corp. on Tuesday said it has acquired Salt Lake-based Sylinq Corp.
Terms were not announced.
Ceridian offers information services to businesses and employees in the United States, Canada and Europe. Sylinq is a national employee benefits administration outsourcing firm specializing in automated enrollment and eligibility management.
Under the acquisition agreement, Sylinq has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Ceridian.
