Paralympic mascot Otto helps children design a dream playground for the National Ability Center in Park City recently. Otto, an otter, has taken over the mascot duties of Coal, Copper and Powder, putting a smiling face on the 2002 Paralympic Winter Games. So as the Games begin, here are some facts about Otto: Otto officially debuted as the Salt Lake 2002 Paralympic Winter Games mascot on March 20, 2000; Otto's name means "eight" in Italian, and this will be the eighth Paralympic Winter Games.
