Norma Sessions Haymond, beloved wife and mother, died April 11, 2002 surrounded by her family.

The daughter of Laurence Holt and Zilla Francis Adams Sessions, Norma was born on August 11, 1920 in Layton, Utah. She was raised in Clearfield, Utah and graduated from Davis High School in 1938. She was an active member of the LDS Church.

Norma met Howard Roland Haymond while working at "The Barrel," a hamburger and root beer shop owned and operated by her parents. They were married on December 17, 1940 in Provo, Utah. Their marriage was later solemnized on June 6, 1952 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. They were blessed with three sons and one daughter.

She was very gifted as a seamstress and loved to sew for her family. She was an excellent cook and enjoyed getting together with loved ones. Norma enjoyed being outdoors in the yard and spending time at the family cabin. She was a cherished wife, mother and grandmother. She will be dearly missed. We love you, Mom.
