Salt Lake-based professional services firm SBI and Co. said Monday it has signed an agreement to acquire WebFlow Inc.
WebFlow, based in Scottsdale, Ariz., provides business process optimization products and services. Its customers include Eastman Chemical, Hasbro Inc. and Nestle USA. It was founded in 1997.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

WebFlow will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of SBI and Co. The acquisition is expected to be complete this month.
