The Parc at Gateway, a 12-story residential community under construction at The Gateway, has opened its sales center and model home on the second floor of the Union Pacific Depot, 400 W. South Temple.
The sales center features a fully appointed model home. Potential residents can select from among 152 residential styles — apartments, lofts and townhomes. One- to three-bedroom units will be available.
The center will be open from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday and noon to 5 p.m. on Sunday. For more information, call 456-0607 or stop by the information kiosk across from the Legacy Fountain at The Gateway.
