Sally Anne Cannon Williams, 46, slipped way from mortality into the arms of her Savior June 13, 2002 due to complications of pneumonia in Walnut Creek, CA. Her family was at her side.

Sally was born March 14, 1956 in Santa Monica, CA to Stuart Q. and Sue Anne (Crittenden) Cannon. At an early age, Sally began to show symptoms of a condition called Milos Syndrome, the effects of which slowly decreased her physical and mental capabilities throughout her life. In spite of her limitations, she attended college for several years at both Fullerton Junior College and Diablo Valley College and loved to work with children, something she did as long as she was able. Sally married Russell T. Williams April 20, 1985 in the Oakland LDS Temple.

Sally was preceded in death by her grandparents Winfield Q. and Wanda (Parkinson) Cannon, and Ivan H. and Clara (Hunter) Crittenden. She is survived by her husband, Russell T. Williams, Sacramento, CA; parents Stuart Q. and Sue Anne (Crittenden) Cannon, Alpine, UT; siblings, Scott Q. Cannon, Concord, CA, Shauna (Nathan) Merrill, Murray, UT, S. Hunter (Kamille) Cannon, Pleasant Grove, UT; many loving aunts; uncles; nieces, and nephews.
