Lorette L. Gute, 86, died June 15, 2002 from complications related to old age. She died peacefully with her family by her side.
Lorette was born Nov. 17, 1916, in Lake Lillian, MN, to Palmer and Ruth Nielsen. She married Clayton K. Gute in 1947 and they had 52 wonderful years together. During their marriage they enjoyed spending time with their family and many good friends. They also enjoyed traveling and golfing. Lorette was a loving wife, mother, and friend. She was very proud of her family, especially her two grandsons, Hart and Chance.
Lorette is survived by her daughters, Karla Jennison (Tom), Karen Crompton (David); and her grandsons, Chance and Hart Crompton. Preceded in death by her husband, five sisters, one brother, and her daughter, Vicki.
Our family would like to thank all the staff at Brighton Gardens, Dr. Sarah Jane Andersen, the staff from Hospice for Utah, especially Kelley, Nolan, Susan and our friend Michael for their kindness, support and loving care. Private family memorial services will be held.
