Caldera also announced Thursday it has agreed to buy the shares of its common stock held by two significant shareholders: Tarantella Inc. and MTI Technology Corp. The transactions involve the acquisition of about 4.4 million shares, approximately 31 percent of the issued and outstanding common stock.
