Allied Solutions LLC has announced plans to merge with Salt Lake-based Associated Insurance Services Inc.
Terms were not disclosed.
AIS has been marketing services to financial institutions in Utah and four other states for 29 years.

Allied Solutions, which provides financial products to financial institutions, will employ all current AIS employes and maintain an office in Salt Lake City.
