Wasatch has nearly 400 employees. Nearly 150 have an ownership stake.
The company owns 41 multifamily residential properties with 11,800 units, with apartment operations overseen from Scottsdale, Ariz. It also has several commercial/office properties and two retail shopping centers in Utah, Arizona, Nevada and California.
