FAIRFIELD — Camp Floyd/Stagecoach Inn State Park and the American Fork Heritage Committee will host a living history day, Saturday, Sept. 14, from noon to 6 p.m. at Camp Floyd.
Visitors will hear from historic characters, including Gen. Albert Sydney Johnston, Porter Rockwell, John Carson and the officers' wives. Civil War demonstrations, tours of the Stagecoach Inn and Camp Floyd Commissary, stagecoach rides and food will also be available.
The event is free to the public. Camp Floyd is off U-73 in Fairfield, approximately 20 miles southwest of Lehi. For more information, call 801-768-8932.
