Our beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Barbara Eugenea Bjerregaard Jensen, age 84, passed away September 14, 2002 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Born May 25, 1918 in Ephraim, Utah, daughter of Allen Eugene and Kirstin DeVeda Johnson Bjerregaard. Married Dean Jensen August 7, 1935 in Richfield, Utah; solemnized June 5, 1956 in the Salt Lake Temple. Member of the LDS Church where she was active in all auxiliaries. Member of Daughters of Utah Pioneers.
Survived by children, Janice (Harold "Red") McGrath, Murray; Shyreal (Inge) Jensen, West Valley City; Robin (Connie) Jensen, Hermiston, Oregon; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; sisters, Aleda Beckstrom, Salt Lake City; Elaine Hyatt, Gunnison. Preceded in death by husband, Dean Jensen; brother, Shirley Bjerregaard.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, September 19, 2002, 11:00 a.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 S. Redwood Road where friends may call Wednesday, 6-8 p.m. and Thursday, 10-10:45 a.m. prior to services. Interment, Valley View Memorial Park.
