Noal Clegg Newbold died peacefully in his home Sept. 24, 2002.
Born October 25, 1934 to Melvin E. and Virginia Clegg Newbold. Sealed to his eternal sweetheart, Dianne November 4, 1955.
He was dearly loved by his family and added a lot of knowledge and humor into our lives. We will be forever grateful for his contributions. An active member of the LDS Church, he was highly dedicated to each calling he served. He enjoyed the arts and literature and immersed himself in family history.
He is survived by his children, Bruce (Lynda) Newbold, Melanne Newbold, Julianne (Jeff) Jensen, Anjela (Bryce) Schieving; 15 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by his mother and father; sisters Carladene and Darlene Dickson, brothers, Dale and Melvin Newbold.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, Sept. 28, 2002 at 11:00 a.m. at the Union 4th Ward, 1834 E. Creek Road. Friends may call Friday from 6-8 p.m. at Wasatch Lawn Mortuary, 3401 Highland Dr. and Saturday from 9:45-10:45 a.m. prior to the service at the church. Interment, Larkin Sunset Gardens.
