Erin Miller, our loving daughter, sister, and friend, quietly passed on to our Heavenly Father at her mother's home in Park City Friday, September 27, 2002.
Born Aug 9, 1982 in Logan, UT to John R. Miller and Vala-rie Clark Martin. Erin was an active participant in track and was the 1997 State Div-ing Champion. Erin graduated from Park City High School in 2000. She attended Simmons College in Boston, where she continued to dive and became an NCAA Northeast Regional Diving Finalist. She moved to Logan, UT this summer to finish her schooling in biochemistry. She was an avid rock climber, cyclist, and runner. She never turned a challenge down.
She was an active member in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Utah State University 13th Ward. Erin was engaged to be married in the Logan Temple Dec 27, 2002. Our energetic, bright and free-spirited friend left this world too early. Her spunk and distinctive laugh will be greatly missed. There is an irreplaceable void in our hearts and home and in our lives now that she is gone. She is deeply loved by us all.
Erin is survived by her mother, Valarie Clark Martin; father and mother, John and Victoria Miller; brothers, Ryan Miller, Alex Monroe; sisters, Anne Miller, Brooke Miller, Katie Monroe; paternal grandmother, Emma Miller; maternal grandparents, Denzel and Shirleen Clark; and her fiançé Quin Bingham.
Services will be Tues. Oct 1, 2002, 11 a.m., Park City Stake Center, 2300 Monitor Dr, Park City, UT. Friends may call at Larkin Mortuary, 260 E. South Temple (enter from 300 E) Mon. Sept 30, 6-8 p.m. and Tues. at the Stake Center 9:45-10:45 a.m. Burial, Hyrum City Cemetery.
