Ila Jean Kelson, age 72, passed away October 11, 2003 in West Valley City, Utah.
Ila was born May 3, 1931 in American Fork. She married Sidney E. Kelson October 9, 1947 in Elko, Nevada. She was a "spunky little lady" with a beautiful smile and quick wit, and sacrificing for us kids didn't seem to bother her a bit.
Ila is survived by daughters, Susan K. Thompson, Rosanne Kallas, Sandra Petterson, Jeana Marie Gardner and son, Scott E. Kelson.

Funeral Services will be held Thursday, October 16, 2003 at 12:30 p.m. at Valley View Funeral Home Chapel, 4335 W. 4100 So. The family will receive friends at a viewing Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Funeral Directors: Valley View Funeral Home.
