Jorge Noguera puts finishing touches on a mural he was commissioned to paint on the wall of a new deli at the corner of 200 West and Center Street in Provo. Although he learned his craft as a child in New York City, he now calls Provo home. Noguera hopes to make a career of his talent. David House, the Red Deli owner, offered submarine sandwiches for trade to another artist, but Jorge offered his mural for free. The mural displays the deli's phone number and touts free delivery.
