The Trenton Apartments, 544 E. 100 South, has been sold to Farquhar Properties of Salt Lake City.
The 37-unit complex is listed on the state's historical registry.
Farquhar stated it has plans to invest about $2 million to rehabilitate the property. Rents will be calculated based on 38 percent of annual medium income.
