SPANISH FORK CANYON — A Fairview woman was killed when her truck pulled into the path of oncoming traffic Thursday morning on U.S. 6 in Spanish Fork Canyon.
Killed was:
Marlene Green, 64.
Green was turning left onto U.S. 6 and had apparently misjudged the speed of an oncoming truck driven by Shane Ellis, 24, of Logan. The vehicles collided in a T-bone formation at about 11 a.m., according to police reports.

Green was pronounced dead at the scene. Ellis and his passenger, Ruby Ward, 33, also of Logan, each suffered minor injuries and were taken by ambulance to Mountain View Hospital in Payson, where they were treated and released.
