Steven Dennis Adams, 37, died suddenly of cardiac arrest on October 27, 2003.
He loved serving the Lord. He excelled as a missionary, seminary teacher and started the Institute program at Wichita State. Steve was serving as a Bishop when he was called home. While teaching for EFY, he met his eternal companion and love of his life, Deanne Pope. Steve received his BA from the U of U and his Masters and PhD from BYU.
Steve had a passion for life - fishing, sports and serving the Lord.
But, of all of these, his greatest joys were his beautiful wife, Deanne, his children Matthew (9), Sam (7), Emily (5), and Spencer (7 months).
Also survived by parents Dennis and Marilyn, sisters Michelle (Todd) McNeill and Teri (Ed) Hegemann, and Grandma Effie Wilson.
Friends and family are invited to a memorial service at 6350 S. Rodeo Lane (1545 E.), Little Cottonwood 1st Ward on Tuesday, Nov. 4th at Noon.
