HEBER CITY<! > - Alfred "Fred" Oscar Dent, passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by his loved ones, early Sunday morning, Nov. 9, 2003.
Fred was born March 30, 1919 to Alfred and Lillian Diedrickson Dent in Great Falls, Montana. He lived most of his life in Oakland, CA. where he owned and operated a Printing Shop. He was always considered an expert in his field. Served in the U.S. Army during World War II.
Survived by his children: William (Parry) Dent, Oakland; Sharon (Dennis) Campbell of Pocatello; Eva (Gerald) Hilton of Piedmont, CA. Lillian (David) Kelsey of Thousand Oaks. 19 Grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by his wife Janice Morrison Dent. PaPa Dent was loved by his family and friends.
Funeral services will be held Wed. Nov. 12, 2002 at 12 Noon in the Heber 1st Ward LDS Chapel. Friends may call 1 hour prior to services. Burial will follow in the Heber City Cemetery in the care of the Olpin-Hoopes Funeral Home.
