The Alley's lived in Rock Springs until 1985, and have since resided in Sandy. John was a truly intelligent man. He loved to solve problems. He had a thirst for knowledge. He was kind and generous to all. He enjoyed music of all kinds. He especially loved our two cats. He had a great passion for outdoor sports, whitewater rafting, backpacking Yellowstone, skiing, riding his bike, and especially paragliding at the Point of the Mountain. He loved to be soaring, feeling the wind in his face.
